Licensing and Copyright

Córima, Revista de Investigación en Gestión Cultural publishes its contents in diamond open access. All texts published in the journal are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), which allows copying and redistributing the material in any medium or format, provided that appropriate attribution is given, it is not used for commercial purposes, and modified versions are not shared.

The authors retain their moral and patrimony rights over their works, and authorize the journal for the first publication of the accepted manuscript. The license applied to the published content does not imply total transfer of rights to the journal, but rather a use authorization according to the terms of the declared license.

The reuse of content must be carried out with recognition of the original source and without commercial purposes. Public distribution of derivative works from the published text is not permitted, except in cases expressly authorized by applicable legislation or by additional permissions granted by the rights holders.

When an article includes third-party materials (such as images, figures, tables, or texts), the responsibility of having the corresponding permissions falls on the authors. The journal's license does not automatically extend its conditions to materials whose rights holder is different from that of the main work.

The current license must appear in a visible manner on the journal page, in each published article, and, to the extent possible, in the corresponding metadata. If there is any difference between this general declaration and the information shown in a specific article, the license indicated in that article's record will prevail.
